A telephone assessment will be conducted by a nurse practitioner to determine if the appointment can be done via telemedicine or otherwise, based on your needs.<\/p>\n<p>*Please note that there is <strong>no Covid-19 testing<\/strong> at the clinic, so there is no need to come in for this reason.<\/p>\n<h2>All patients with forms or documents to pick up<\/h2>\n<p>We will send everything by email, mail, or fax according to the requirements of the companies. Contact us for instructions.<\/p>\n<h2>For scheduled appointments<\/h2>\n<p>Scheduled appointments will be conducted via a phone call from one of our healthcare professionals. Please do not come to the clinic! We will contact you.<\/p>\n<h2>For new appointments<\/h2>\n<p><strong>You must call the clinic<\/strong> \u2013 Only emergency consultations will be handled via telemedicine or in person.<br \/>\nA telephone triage will be conducted to assess the need for an urgent physical examination.<\/p>\n<p>Those who meet the <strong>Covid-19 criteria<\/strong>\u2014cough, fever, and mild respiratory difficulty without affecting your activities\u2014and who have returned from abroad will be referred to the <strong>Covid-19 information line at 1-877-644-4545<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All Covid-19 related questions<\/strong> will be directed to the CLSC, the Ministry of Health and Social Services websites, and the Covid-19 information line.<\/p>\n<p>*These measures are temporary and aim to protect all our clients and on-site staff.
