Geneviève Dubé has held a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Montreal since 2003. With a strong managerial and entrepreneurial profile, she quickly put her skills to use and has stood out for over 15 years in business management and business development within the healthcare sector.
With her agile, creative, and inspiring leadership, she fosters engaging work environments for professionals, placing her deep concern for people and her focus on client satisfaction at the heart of the organization’s activities.
As the Chief Executive Officer, she envisions and implements a clear mission, upholds the values promoted by the company, drives its strategic development, enhances the employer brand’s reach, and oversees all operations at Praxis Clinics.
Dr Elroy Shuker MD CM, CCMF
Medical direction
Dr. Shuker is a general practitioner. He completed 11 years of studies at McGill University in Montreal. Holding two bachelor’s degrees, one in physiology and the other in anatomy and cellular biology, Dr. Shuker continued his studies in family medicine and completed his residency at the Herzl Clinic of the Jewish General Hospital. He also participated in training for minor surgical and aesthetic medical procedures offered by the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine in San Diego.
As the Medical Director of the PRAXIS Family Health Clinic, Dr. Shuker supervises, optimizes, and ensures that all patients receive the best care. He also contributes to the development of new services and the continuous improvement of the medical services offered at the clinic.

Graduating in nursing sciences from the University of Sherbrooke, Alejandra is a clinical nurse with recognized expertise in clinical operations management and optimization. For over five years, she has been dedicated to strategic management and continuous process improvement within private clinics, playing a key role in the efficiency and performance of their operations.
Passionate about innovation and excellence in healthcare, she leverages her experience to integrate the latest advancements in nursing and medical practices. Alejandra ensures rigorous resource management and the seamless coordination of teams, all while placing patients at the heart of priorities.
