Cancellation Policy
To help us provide exceptional service, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone at the general number + option 8. Follow the instructions on the automated message to cancel your appointment.
For any missed appointment not canceled within 24 hours or less, and/or for a delay of more than half of the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to the credit card on file.
