About Us
For the past 10 years, the PRAXIS Clinic Network has been developing a model of care that places PCNPs at the heart of clinical practice. Our team brings together nearly 30 nurse practitioners and 20 collaborating physicians and medical specialists in an environment focused on collaboration, innovation, and quality of care.
At PRAXIS, you can expand your areas of interest, including women's health, men's health, hormone therapy, metabolic health, joint and soft tissue injections, and minor surgery, while contributing to the ongoing development of our range of services.
We also support continuing education and provide clinical guidance. By leveraging innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, we aim to optimize your clinical time so you can focus on what matters most: your patients. Appointment lengths are tailored to patients' needs and the complexity of their situations.
- Hold the required university degree to practice as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (PCNP).
- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) and hold a specialist certificate in primary care.
- Previous experience in private practice is an asset but not required.
- Be passionate about your profession and committed to providing high-quality care and an excellent patient experience.
- Demonstrate autonomy, clinical rigor, and sound professional judgment.
- Show initiative, openness, and a strong collaborative spirit.
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and contributing to the advancement of professional practice.
