Covid-19 – Access to Our Clinics
IMPORTANT MESSAGE
In the current context where the government has declared a state of health emergency due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are forced to significantly modify our way of practicing for the next two weeks.
Access to our clinics will be restricted to emergencies only.
A telemedicine service may be offered depending on your case. Staff will be available for emergencies that must be treated in person. A telephone assessment will be conducted by a nurse practitioner to determine if the appointment can be done via telemedicine or otherwise, based on your needs.
*Please note that there is no Covid-19 testing at the clinic, so there is no need to come in for this reason.
All patients with forms or documents to pick up
We will send everything by email, mail, or fax according to the requirements of the companies. Contact us for instructions.
For scheduled appointments
Scheduled appointments will be conducted via a phone call from one of our healthcare professionals. Please do not come to the clinic! We will contact you.
For new appointments
You must call the clinic – Only emergency consultations will be handled via telemedicine or in person.
A telephone triage will be conducted to assess the need for an urgent physical examination.
Those who meet the Covid-19 criteria—cough, fever, and mild respiratory difficulty without affecting your activities—and who have returned from abroad will be referred to the Covid-19 information line at 1-877-644-4545.
All Covid-19 related questions will be directed to the CLSC, the Ministry of Health and Social Services websites, and the Covid-19 information line.
*These measures are temporary and aim to protect all our clients and on-site staff. They are in effect until further notice and for at least two weeks.
Thank you for your cooperation.
