The Fondation Santé Sud de Lanaudière Winter Challenge is back for its third consecutive year, this time benefiting the Mental Health Department at Pierre-Le Gardeur Hospital. The event will take place on February 18th from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Parc du Grand-Coteau in Mascouche.

This year, the Winter Challenge offers two challenges:

1. A duathlon combining running and snowshoeing
2. Winter running races of 2.5 km, 5 km, or 10 km
