Medical-aesthetic treatments

Please note that our medical-aesthetic treatment services will be available soon, with additional procedures in place.

Protection: a shared responsibility

The protection of our clients and employees is a top priority. That’s why we have implemented strict procedures for your clinic visits, as required by the Government of Quebec and the College of Physicians. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms that meet the criteria for COVID-19, please do not come to the clinic. Instead, contact 1-877-644-4545.

Protective equipment

• Protective screens (plexiglass) are installed at reception.
• Hand sanitizer is available for everyone, and hand washing is mandatory upon entering and exiting the clinic.
• Wearing a mask or face covering is mandatory at all times for both staff and patients.
• A face shield or protective eyewear is required in consultation and treatment rooms for healthcare professionals.
• Disinfectant wipes and cleaning products are used between each patient to sanitize surfaces, door handles, and the Interac machine.

Procedure*

• Hand washing is mandatory for everyone upon entering and exiting the clinic.
• Patients must arrive at the exact time of their appointment—please do not arrive early.
• Health and wellness patients may enter the clinic only when contacted by their treating professional.
• No companions are allowed, except for children (one accompanying parent only).
• Accepted payment methods are Interac, MasterCard, and Visa—cash is not accepted until further notice.
• Invoices are sent to patients by email.
